# Export incoming invoices

> Download a CSV of the incoming invoice list or the original files of a single invoice.

Source: /help/en/incoming-invoices/export-incoming-invoices

Use the CSV export to hand supplier invoices to your accountant or to reconcile payments in another system. Original files are downloaded per invoice.

## Export the list as CSV

1. Go to **Incoming Invoices**.
2. Use the filter chips and the search box to narrow the list, for example **Accepted** or **Unpaid**.
3. Click **Export CSV**. The file `incoming-<date>.csv` contains the rows currently shown.

Columns: number, supplier, supplier TRN, issue date, due date, currency, subtotal, VAT, total, paid, status, payment status, valid.

## Download the original files

1. Open the invoice.
2. In the **Document** card, open the **Files** tab.
3. Click the download icon next to the source XML, the original PDF, an embedded file or an attachment.

## Through the API

Integrations with the `incoming:read` scope can list imports and invoices under `/import/incoming`, and fetch the original file with `GET /import/incoming/{importId}/source`, the lines with `/content/lineitems`, and the attachments with `/attachments`.

## Good to know

- The CSV respects the current view: archived invoices are only included when the **Archived** chip is selected.
- Amounts are exported with two decimals in the invoice currency; the status column uses the internal values `draft` (To review), `accepted` and `rejected`.
- There is no zip export for incoming invoices yet. The zip export with PDF and XML per document exists on the outgoing **Invoices** list.
- Accepted incoming invoices are excluded from the Analytics revenue figures, which cover outgoing invoices only.
