# Saved views, filters and columns

> Use the status chips, filters and the View menu on the invoice list to see exactly the documents you need, and export that view.

Source: /help/en/settings/saved-views-and-columns

The **Invoices** page is built around views: a chip narrows the list to one status, filters refine it, and the **View** menu decides which columns are shown. Your column choice is remembered in the browser.

## Steps

1. Go to **Invoices**.
2. Click a chip to choose the view: **All**, **Draft**, **Validated**, **In transit**, **Reported**, **Rejected**, **With errors**, **Unpaid**, **Partially paid**, **Paid**, **Overdue**, **In review**, **Reminded**, **Test** or **Archived**. The stat tiles above (Documents, Drafts, Overdue, Outstanding) open the matching chip.
3. Narrow further with the search box and the type, category and cost-centre filters.
4. Click **View** and tick the columns you want: Type, Status, Payment, Buyer, Issue date, Due date, Category, Reminder, Subject, Amount and Outstanding.
5. Use **Export → CSV of this view** or **Zip of this view** to download exactly what is listed.

## Good to know

- Column choices are stored in your browser, so they stay after a reload but do not follow you to another device or colleague.
- The active chip is part of the page address, so you can bookmark a view such as the overdue list.
- Archived and test documents are excluded from the default views and from the dashboard and analytics; the **Archived** and **Test** chips show them.
- Bulk actions (Mark as paid, Set category, Archive) apply to the invoices you tick in the current view.
- The **Incoming Invoices** page has its own chips (including **With errors** and **Archived**) and CSV export.
- Shared, named views for the whole team are planned; today each person sets their own columns.
