    Approvals

No document goes out without approval.

Approve invoices across several levels with clear responsibilities, deadlines and a complete log. Submission to the accredited service provider is blocked until every level has agreed.

    Manage approvals

Structured approvals instead of email ping-pong.

    Multi-level approvals

Approvals run across several levels that are requested one after another. One approval per level is enough, unless individual approvers are marked as mandatory.

    Who approves at each level

For each level you define who has to approve, from a single manager to a selection of several approvers. Approvers get a badge and a list of what waits for them.

    Deadlines and notifications

Approvers are notified as soon as their level comes up. Optional deadline per request; expired requests are marked so nothing stalls silently.

    Complete approval log

Every decision is logged with approver, level, status, comment and timestamp, and stays traceable in the audit log.

    Approve first, then submit

A pending or declined review blocks submission to the ASP. Once all approvals are in, the invoice can be submitted and delivered.
    • Submission lock

    Incoming invoices too

The same review discipline applies to supplier invoices: accept or reject with a reason, and only accepted invoices reach payment and the VAT return.
    • Incoming review

    In practice

From draft to approval, every step stays traceable.

    • From the Approval card on an invoice you assign people to levels, optionally with a deadline; the levels are requested one after another.
    • At each level, approvers confirm or decline with a comment from the Approvals page or the notification.
    • Once all approvals have been received, the invoice is ready to submit; a declined review sends it back to the author.
    • Owners and admins see every request and its history; the audit log keeps the record for auditors.

    Bring structure to your approvals.

Keep responsibilities, deadlines and approval status in one central view.
