Peppol and ASP
Connected to the Peppol network through an accredited service provider.
Alya Books lets you send and receive PINT AE e-invoices over the Peppol network and report them to the FTA, through Taxilla, an Accredited Service Provider. No separate ASP contract, no portal.

In PINT AE, checked before sending
Documents are created in PINT AE and validated before they reach the ASP, so rejections are rare.

CORNER 4

CORNER 5

Tax data reported by corner 4
CORNER 3

Central data platform receives both reports
One network, one connection
Peppol connects senders and recipients through service providers; a single connection reaches every UAE business on the network, and the FTA receives the tax data from both providers.
Seller, ASP, FTA, ASP, buyer
Corner 1 is you, corner 2 your ASP (Taxilla via Alya Books), corner 3 the FTA's platform, corner 4 the buyer's ASP and corner 5 the buyer. Each corner validates; Alya Books validates first.
One format, every partner
Instead of a separate route per buyer, you send PINT AE over Peppol to a standard that is uniform across the UAE and compatible with Peppol elsewhere.
Mandatory from 2027
Phase 1 businesses must be on the network by 1 January 2027; with Alya Books you are ready for incoming and outgoing today, in simulated mode until you go live.
In practice
Use Peppol directly and in a structured way.
- Alya Books handles the technical connection to the ASP; you enter your Peppol ID (scheme 0235 followed by your 10-digit TIN, the first 10 digits of your TRN) and choose the mode: Test (simulated), UAT or Live.
- Invoices are sent over Peppol in a standardised and traceable way; the ASP and FTA timeline is kept on every document.
- Through the network you exchange invoices with any UAE business and, where partners are registered, beyond.
