    Company data and TRN

Keep your legal name, TRN, Peppol ID, address and contact details correct so every tax invoice carries valid seller data.

Your organization profile is printed on every document and written into the PINT AE XML as the seller. Change it whenever your registration details change.

    Steps

    1. Go to Settings → Profile. Only owners and admins can edit; other roles see a view-only notice.
    2. In Organization Details, fill in:
      • Legal Name (required) and Name (Arabic).
      • TRN (Tax Registration No.): exactly 15 digits, for example 100234567890003. Anything else is rejected on save.
      • Trade License Number.
      • Peppol ID and Peppol Scheme ID (0235 for the UAE). Your Peppol ID is 0235 followed by your 10-digit TIN, which is the first 10 digits of your TRN (TRN 100234567890003 gives 0235:1002345678).
    3. In Address, enter Street, Additional Address, City, Emirate (choose from the seven emirates) and Postal Code. The country is the UAE.
    4. In Contact Information, enter Contact Person, Email, Phone and Website. The email is used as the reply-to address when no sending settings exist.
    5. Click Save Changes at the top of the page.
    6. Further down, the Company Profile card has its own Save Company Profile button. It holds the legal form, licensing authority, industry, size, authorised signatory, P.O. Box, the logo and the switch Registered for VAT with the FTA.

    Good to know

    • Switching off Registered for VAT with the FTA changes the document title from "Tax Invoice" to "Invoice". Leave it on if you have a TRN.
    • A missing seller TRN blocks validation of tax invoices and API submissions until you add it.
    • The Arabic name is used on Arabic and bilingual PDFs.
    • Changing the profile does not alter invoices that are already issued; they keep the seller data they were created with.
