    Plans, credits and fee invoices

See your current plan, how invoice and submission credits are consumed, and where usage and billing history are shown.

Alya Books plans combine a monthly fee with credits. Credits are consumed when you create invoices and when you submit them to the ASP.

    Steps

    1. Go to Settings → Subscription.
    2. The Current Plan card shows the plan name, the monthly price in AED, the status badge (active, trialing, past due) and when the billing period ends. New organizations start on the free Starter plan.
    3. Below it, usage meters show what is left: Invoice Credits, Submission Credits, Team Members, Managed Clients and Connectors. A red bar means fewer than 10 % remain.
    4. Available Plans lists every plan with its credits, member and connector limits.
    5. Credit History lists each credit movement with date, type, credit kind, amount and balance after.

    How credits are used

    CreditRelates to
Invoice creditInvoices you create in the period
Submission creditInvoices you submit to the ASP (Taxilla)

Each plan includes a number of both. The meters count down as you use them and refill with the next billing period.

    Managed clients for CA firms

    PlanManaged clients
    Starter3
    Professional25
    EnterpriseNo limit

Pending requests and open email invitations count toward the limit. Starter includes 3 so that a small firm can try working with clients before upgrading. Alya Books support can raise the limit for a firm.

    Good to know

    • Online upgrades are not yet available: the Upgrade and Downgrade buttons are disabled and the page says "Payment integration coming soon". To change plan or top up credits, write to support@alyabooks.ai from the owner's email address.
    • Fee invoices for your subscription are not shown in the app yet; ask support if you need one for your records.
    • Use Test (simulated) mode for experiments; it never reaches the FTA.
    • Plan limits apply per organization. A CA firm's clients each have their own plan and credits.
